The Department of Electronics & Telecommunication engineering at GPCA Agar-Malwa was established in 2017. It offers Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering with a intake of 60 students in 1st year and also lateral entry admissions in 2nd semester.
The laboratories of the department are well equipped with the state of art instruments / equipments. Various laboratories of the department include Basic Electronics Lab., Linear Integrated circuits Lab, Digital electronics Lab, Active & Passive Networks Lab, Electronics Measurement Lab, Analog communication Lab., Digital communication Lab, Antenna and Microwave Lab, Telecommunication Networks Lab, Electronics Workshop, Optical communication Lab, Microprocessor Lab, Computer Center and Department Library. The department has well established computing facilities with internet connectivity.
Department participated in TEQIP I, II and III Programmes ( Technical Education Quality Improvement Programme) and involved in MOOCS training courses.
Department has its innovation & quality procedures such as (I) Regular updating of curriculum, (2) Improvement in teaching methodology using smart classes (3) Learning material development (4) Laboratory experiments development (5) Faculty and staff training.
Academic working environment of the department is cohesive and congenial, having good interaction between students, faculty & staff, and also with the nearby local industries.
